It’s Day 2 of the BYSHC (Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers) Blog hop and I have some special news to add today!!
For today’s card, I’m sharing one inspired by our Sketch #15 from the group. If you’re not familiar with how the group is, we come out with a sketch every month to inspire you for your holiday card making. There is a challenge winner every month from the sketch album, but mostly it’s just to give you ideas and encourage you to have fun… and build that stash!!
I love these cute little Christmas pets from the Sweet Stockings DSP, so I was happy to just let the paper do the work! I fussy cut out this adorable puppy, and paired his mischievous adventures in the lights with the string of lights background paper. He actually reminds me of my nephew’s dog with that silly grin. I stamped the sentiment from the matching Sweetest Little Stockings stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink and added some red jewels from the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels pack. You can check out a full list of my supplies and links to shop at the end of this blog post.
Now for the surprise!
Not only am I a design team member, but this hop I’m also a SPONSOR! I’ve added this sweet card kit to the prize stash. I love this card kit because you can either design the cards as the included instructions guide you, OR you can come up with your own spin on them! The cards are made to hold a 4×6 family photo as well! The all-inclusive kit includes a Stampin’ Spot (pre-inked mini ink pad in coordinating color Mossy Meadow), stamp set, and enough supplies to make 15 cards including an acrylic stamp block for your stamps, oversized envelopes, and gorgeous gold-foiled accents.
You can “enter” to win by checking out the rules and guidelines on the main BYSHC blog. Winners are announced at the END of the hop, and are NOT determined by me/the sponsors. There is NO purchase necessary. The idea is to have FUN with the blog hop!Card Supply List
